SampleTank is a program for layering, mixing and editing sounds and grooves. It comes with over 33 GB of sounds 4,000 new instruments with 21 instrument categories covering the entire span of acoustic, electric and electronic sounds. You get a 16 channel multi-part Play interface with easy layering and an integrated MIDI player and mixer.
The download link given here is the Custom Shop edition, a free version of SampleTank 3 that is a standalone player and DAW plug-in for all of the SampleTank 3 add-on Instrument collections.
